{"id":3649,"date":"2020-04-18T21:43:56","date_gmt":"2020-04-18T19:43:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.skyrunning-serbia.com\/?p=3649"},"modified":"2020-04-18T21:43:56","modified_gmt":"2020-04-18T19:43:56","slug":"posebna-sportska-disciplina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.skyrunning-serbia.com\/en\/posebna-sportska-disciplina\/","title":{"rendered":"Posebna sportska disciplina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u0160ta skajraning (skyrunning), \u201enebesko tr\u010danje\u201c, izdvaja od drugih srodnih sportova i \u0161ta bi valjalo da znate ukoliko imate nameru da se oprobate na nekoj skajraning trci.<\/strong><br \/>\nSkajraning je sportska disciplina koja je na na\u0161im prostorima u poslednjih nekoliko godina do\u017eivela izuzetan rast, koji se mo\u017ee posmatrati u vi\u0161e segmenata: pove\u0107anje broja trka\u010da, kvalitetnija organizacija trka, kvalitetniji takmi\u010dari, prepoznavanje i uva\u017eavanje od strane srodnih svetskih sportskih organizacija i sl. S obzirom da se radi o individualnom sportu mo\u017ee se re\u0107i da je ovakav napredak za svaku pohvalu. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Kako su prvi takmi\u010dari u skajraning dolazili iz drugih sportova (atletika, planinarenje, trijatlon, orijentiring, biciklizam, nordijsko skijanje, \u010dak i iz tzv. \u201eindor\u201c sportova), a ima i mnogo slu\u010dajeva da se prethodno nisu bavili nikakvim sportom, u ovom tekstu \u017eelimo da uka\u017eemo na neke specifi\u010dnosti samog skajraninga u odnosu na navedene sportove i da osvetlimo neke posebne izazove na koje oni koji ulaze u svet \u201enebeskog tr\u010danja\u201c treba da obrate pa\u017enju.<\/p>\n<p>Skajraning predstavlja <strong>posebnu sportsku disciplinu<\/strong>, iako se na prvi pogled \u010dini da je to prosti spoj planinarenja i tr\u010danja. Kao rezultat ovog spajanja dobijen je jedan potpuno novi sport sa specifi\u010dnim karakteristikama, koje ga upravo izdvajaju i iz planinarenja i atletskih trka\u010dkih disciplina. Ovo je va\u017eno da razumemo, ne samo da bi bili uspe\u0161ni takmi\u010dari (ili organizatori trka), ve\u0107 i da bi na\u0161e bavljenje skajraningom bilo bezbedno i pru\u017eilo nam potpuni ugo\u0111aj.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U \u010demu se ogleda ta specifi\u010dnost skajraninga?<\/strong><br \/>\nU osnovi, skajraning je od planinarenja \u201enasledio\u201c prostor u kome obitava \u2013 planine, a iz atletike metod po kome funkcioni\u0161e \u2013 tr\u010danje. No, ako bismo to tako prosto shvatili, grdno bi se proveli na bilo kojoj ozbiljnijoj skajraning trci. Po\u0161to su te\u0161ko\u0107e u delanju gotovo uvek rezultat lako\u0107e u razumevanju nekog fenomena, potrebno je da bacimo malo dublji pogled na skajraning kao jedinstvenu sportsku disciplinu. Nije dovoljno da samo obujete patike i krenete da tr\u010dite po planini.<\/p>\n<p>Pre svega skajraning je sport, \u0161to zna\u010di da su skajraning trke &#8211; takmi\u010denja, a ne turisti\u010dke planinarske ture. Ovo je va\u017eno naglasiti posebno zbog u\u010desnika koji u svet skajraninga dolaze iz planinarenja. Posebno na na\u0161im prostorima planinarenje ima manje sportski, a vi\u0161e hedonisti\u010dki karakter, koji u svetu skajraninga ne do\u017eivljava svoju satisfakciju. Drugim re\u010dima, ukoliko vam je cilj da samo u\u017eivate u planini, u lepim vidikovcima, fotografisanju krajolika, \u010davrljanju sa ostalim u\u010desnicima i sli\u010dnim momentima, onda je bolje da ostanete u svetu planinarenja. Obi\u010dno trka\u010di koji sa ovakvim pristupom do\u0111u na skajraning trku imaju problem da ispo\u0161tuju vremenske limite, koje organizator defini\u0161e na odre\u0111enim kontrolnim ta\u010dkama. Razlozi za postavljanje vremenskih limita su itekako valjani i ti\u010du se direktno bezbednosti, kako takmi\u010dara, tako i volontera, koji u\u010destvuju u organizaciji trke. Tako\u0111e, vremenski limiti doprinose dinami\u010dnosti trke, a organizatori ih defini\u0161u na osnovu prora\u010duna o brzini kretanja takmi\u010dara prose\u010dne fizi\u010dke pripremljenosti. Naravno da je mogu\u0107e u\u017eivati u lepotama planine i na skajraning trkama, ali uslov za to je da budete u dobroj psihofizi\u010dkoj kondiciji.<\/p>\n<p>Tu dolazimo do drugog veoma va\u017enog detalja, koji karakteri\u0161e skajraning \u2013 psihofizi\u010dka pripremljenost. Za razliku od u\u010desnika koji dolaze iz sveta atletike i srodnih sportskih disciplina (trijatlon, orijentiring, nordijsko skijanje,&#8230;), planinari, uop\u0161te uzev, imaju slabiju kondiciju (svakako, postoje izuzeci). To je donekle i logi\u010dno kada se ima u vidu kako se faktor vremena tretira u planinarenju, a kako, recimo, u atletici ili bilo kojoj drugoj sli\u010dnoj sportskoj disciplini, gde \u010desto sekunde odlu\u010duju o pobedniku ili rangu na tabeli. U planinarenju se \u010desto vrednovanje uspeha posmatra kroz ispenjan vrh (ili smer), dok vreme uspona ima drugorazredni karakter (ne i nebitan, naravno). Ovakav pristup, samim tim odre\u0111uje i na\u010din treniranja, pa time i nivo pripremljenosti za trku.<\/p>\n<p>Sa druge strane, za razliku od atleti\u010dara ili recimo trijatlonaca, planinari imaju prednost kada je re\u010d o samoj tehnici kretanja na stazi. Trase skajraning trka \u010desto prolaze kroz teren po kome je prakti\u010dno nemogu\u0107e tr\u010dati ujedna\u010denim ritmom na kakav su obi\u010dno navikli atleti\u010dari. Tr\u010danje na atletskim stazama, po gradskim ulicama (maraton), pa \u010dak i na atletskim krosevima i trejl trkama, se u odnosu na tr\u010danje po skajraning stazama razlikuje u nekoliko glavnih ta\u010daka:<\/p>\n<p>(1) <strong>uspon<\/strong>, odnosno koli\u010dina uzbrdica i nizbrdica, pa i njihov nagib, su neuporedivo ve\u0107i nego na bilo kojoj atletskoj trci; u skajraningu je mnogo zna\u010dajniji faktor, koji odre\u0111uje kvalitet staze, ukupan uspon koji \u0107ete napraviti, od njene same du\u017eine;<\/p>\n<p>(2) <strong>podloga<\/strong>, u skajraningu su po\u017eeljne deonice koje su kamenite i eksponirane do te mere da prakti\u010dno nisu uop\u0161te tr\u010dljive i ponekad ih morate prelaziti poma\u017eu\u0107i se i rukama; tako\u0111e, u samo jednoj trci mo\u017eete imati razli\u010dite vrste podloga po kojoj gazite (livada, blato, sipar, kamenjar, \u0161uma, potoci,&#8230;);<\/p>\n<p>(3) <strong>markacije<\/strong>, staze na skajraning takmi\u010denjima su obele\u017eene markacijama (trakice, zastavice, planinarske oznake,&#8230;) i potrebno je pratiti ih; dakle, nije dovoljno samo \u201eisklju\u010diti mozak\u201c i \u201edati gas\u201c, ve\u0107 se sve vreme mora dr\u017eati odre\u0111en nivo koncentracije (ne jednom smo bili svedoci na na\u0161im trkama da odli\u010dni trka\u010di, nenaviknuti na pra\u0107enje markacija proma\u0161e stazu i izgube puno vremena vra\u0107aju\u0107i se na nju, \u0161to ih je ponekad ko\u0161talo i plasmana na postolju);<\/p>\n<p>(4) <strong>vremenski uslovi<\/strong>, naravno da se i atletske trke odr\u017eavaju u lo\u0161ijim vremenskim uslovima (ki\u0161a, sneg, vetar, visoke ili niske temperature), ali ono \u0161to morate imati u vidu kod skajraninga je da staza prolazi na velikoj nadmorskoj visini (uglavnom je to izme\u0111u 1500 i 2000 m, a \u010desto se izlazi i preko 2500 m u na\u0161em regionu, dok u inostranstvu planine omogu\u0107avaju i staze na bitno vi\u0161im nadmorskim visinama). Shodno tome, vremenski uslovi su manje predvidivi i mnogo suroviji nego na ni\u017eim nadmorskim visinama, te se nemojte iznenaditi kada vas na grebenu sa\u010deka sna\u017ean vetar ili se naglo naobla\u010di i krenu padavine i gromovi.<\/p>\n<p>Drugi va\u017ean momenat, koji je skop\u010dan sa vremenskim uslovima, a koji nikako ne smete da prenebregnete, je da na skajraning trkama \u010desto prolazite deonice koje su veoma eksponirane i nepristupa\u010dne, \u0161to za posledicu ima da bi bilo kakva va\u0161a evakuacija u slu\u010daju povrede ili nekog drugog problema bila izuzetno komplikovana, \u010dak i kod veoma kvalitetne organizacije trke. Naravno da organizator trke tako\u0111e prati situaciju i uvek ima mogu\u0107nost da reaguje u slu\u010daju pogor\u0161anja vremena, ali deo odgovornosti za sopstvenu bezbednost je i na samim takmi\u010darima: pre trke \u2013 pa\u017eljivo prou\u010dite potrebnu opremu i imajte je kod sebe (mo\u017eda ba\u0161 na trci saznate \u010demu slu\u017ei astrofolija i koliko vredi kvalitetna \u010deona lampa), u toku trke \u2013 ispo\u0161tujte instrukcije organizatora (ako je re\u010deno da se ne ide dalje, onda ne idi, ako se menja trasa onda je to zarad va\u0161e bezbednosti, \u201ejuna\u010denje\u201c u ovakvim uslovima nije potvrda va\u0161e velike hrabrosti ve\u0107 manjka pameti).<\/p>\n<p>(5) <strong>biti poluautonoman<\/strong>, ve\u0107 iz do sada navedenog je jasno za\u0161to je to neophodno. Poluautonomnost podrazumeva da kod sebe uvek imate ne\u0161to hrane i te\u010dnosti i odre\u0111enu opremu (obi\u010dno organizator propisuje obaveznu ili preporu\u010denu opremu). Kako vremenom postajete iskusniji bolje \u0107ete znati da prilagodite opremu sebi, ali ono \u0161to je uvek po\u017eeljno, ne samo kada je skajraning u pitanju, ve\u0107 i prilikom obi\u010dnog boravka u planini, je da kod sebe imate astrofoliju, lampu, \u0161u\u0161kavac, par\u010de zavoja, pi\u0161taljku, telefon, rezervne baterije, itd. Na kontrolnim ta\u010dkama predvi\u0111ena je okrepa, vodu pored toga mo\u017eete \u010desto prona\u0107i i u prirodi, ali uvek postoji mogu\u0107nost da imate deonice na kojima nema vode ili je razmak izme\u0111u dve kontrolne ta\u010dke veliki i potrebno je da kod sebe imate ne\u0161to za jelo (\u010dokoladice, bon\u017eite, snekbarove, gelove i sl.) i vodu. O nepredvi\u0111enim slu\u010dajevima (povrede, gubljenja) da i ne govorimo.<\/p>\n<p>Ovih nekoliko karakteristika koje smo naveli, jasno pokazuju koliko osobina je skajraning \u201enasledio\u201c od svog prvog \u201eroditelja\u201c \u2013 planinarenja i koliko je opasno da se one prenebregnu. Sasvim je onda logi\u010dno da se u ovim uslovima planinari i alpinisti ose\u0107aju mnogo konformnije od takmi\u010dara koji dolaze iz atletike, trijatlona, biciklizma i drugih sli\u010dnih sportova ili \u010dak iz tzv. \u201eindor\u201c sportova, kakvih tako\u0111e ima. Zanimljivo je pomenuti da takmi\u010dari, koji dolaze iz orijentiringa u skajraning, mogu imati dosta prednosti u odnosu na klasi\u010dne atleti\u010dare: naviknuti su na razli\u010dite vrste podloga za tr\u010danje, visok nivo koncentracije (orijentiring zahteva stalno \u010ditanje karte), uglavnom su odli\u010dno fizi\u010dki pripremljeni. Ono \u0161to je druga\u010dije u odnosu na skajraning, trke u orijentiringu su kra\u0107e i uglavnom (mada to ne mora biti pravilo) se odr\u017eavaju na ni\u017eim nadmorskim visinama i nemaju deonice sa ekstremno eksponiranim terenima.<\/p>\n<p>Kako se skajraning razvija i \u0161iri dolazi do formiranja sportista koji se samo njime i bave \u2013 \u201eskajranera\u201c. Samim tim polako se usvajaju posebni trena\u017eni procesi, koji su vi\u0161e prilago\u0111eni skajraningu, nego drugim disciplinama. Dobar skajraning trka\u010d ve\u0107 uveliko mo\u017ee da se nosi sa kvalitetnim planinarima, a ne bi se obrukao ni na atletskim stazama. Takmi\u010dari sve bolje vladaju ve\u0161tinama potrebnim za kretanje u planini (orijentacija, meteorologija,&#8230;), a nivo psihofizi\u010dke kondicije, sude\u0107i po rezultatima sa trka, iz godine u godinu raste. Ve\u0107ina takmi\u010dara ve\u0107 uveliko koristi opremu koja je usko namenjena za skajraning (patike za trejl, trka\u010dki ran\u010devi, kompresiona i aktivna ode\u0107a, itd.) \u010dime se zna\u010dajno pove\u0107ava bezbednost i smanjuju rizici od povreda.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju mo\u017eemo zaklju\u010diti da je skajraning seme posejano i da je palo na plodno tlo i u na\u0161em regionu.
